This spring is the beginning of the second year of my gardens. Here at Epiphany, we enjoy a milder climate than many other regions of Quebec and plants have already begun to grow. It is true that the winter was incredibly soft and dry, we have not had much snow. March has been particularly hot this year.
plants are already so large, I did not expect that they show up so early. The catnip, this beautiful plant calming, digestive, antipyretic and beneficial to disease and agitation in children and older children, amplifies exponentially in the garden. It will be available in dried leaf teas to make once it is ready to be harvested.
Melissa , lavender, nettle , gentian , Street, mullein, garlic and precious few other allies have also begun to emerge. Seedlings themselves are comfortable waking up in the house warm and safe.
